Posted Friday, May 29, 2009, at 7:25 pm by One Food Guy:Great recipe, but Marjorie should know that habaneros and scotch bonnets are NOT the same pepper! While the peppers are of the same species, the scotch bonnet is a cultivar of the habanero, they actually have distinctly different flavors.
