Steven Cianciarulo livens up a retro classic by creating party-sized, individual meatloaves. A ground beef-pork blend is chock-full of flavorful additions like smoked paprika, tamari (a Japanese, thick soy sauce which is often wheat-free) and bell peppers. Steven's meatloaves can be friendly for guests with gluten-intolerance, as he suggests using gluten-free quick oats in place of traditional breadcrumbs. The best part? No one in his family will have to fight for crispy end pieces — each mini loaf is crusty on the outside while juicy and moist on the inside.
