Leave it to Lino, one of our favorite heroes and bartender at Upstairs On The Square, to come up with a drink that's fruity, zesty and smooth all at once. Here he shakes up his take on a highball with ginger beer, rye whiskey and Floc de Gascogne, a French apéritif with notes of jasmine, almond and blackberries.
