Jean-Cauvin Highball

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz Floc de Gascogne
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • ginger ale to top off the drink
  • ice

How-to

  1. Add rye, Floc de Gascogne and ginger beer to a cocktail shaker
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously
  3. Fill a glass with ice
  4. Strain and top off with ginger ale
