The recipe name sounds like a hot rod action movie title — and for good reason. Brian Roche's take on loaded potato skins are just as intense and action-packed. Skin-on red potatoes are boiled then "crushed" into perfect-sized vessels for garlic butter, a spice rub and an array of delicious toppings with bubbly, melting cheese. Make a huge platter and serve 'em up at your next gathering.
