There's nothing like opening a jar of perfect tomatoes in the cold winter months, peeled, cored and ready to use. With the right equipment, you'll be off and running: canning jars, lid rings and inserts, magnetic lid lifter, tomato corer, funnel, canning rack, and jar lifter.
