Duck Stock <p>Duck stock is perfect for those times you need to add stock or broth to a dish but want more richness. It's easy to make and yields a rich and deep flavor. Use it in soups, sauces, risotto - just about any savory dish. It also freezes well.  Let it cool completely, then pour into ice cube trays. When frozen, pop the cubes into a freezer bag and you'll have stock ready and waiting.</p>
