Before designer salad mixes and fanciful toppings, there was The Wedge. This crisp, creamy & simple salad was a steakhouse favorite in the 1950's and 60's and has made a comeback for a reason. It's freakin' delicious. Watch Carolyn Waldron-Parr recreate a classic with fountains of blue cheese dressing atop crisp iceberg lettuce. In case you weren't already salivating — this girl doesn't skimp on the crumbled bacon ("....aw, heck...I'll put a little more on!").
