Why didn't I think of that? It's SO SIMPLE! I love this recipe! They came out tender on the inside but had a nice crisp on the exterior. Being a fan of spicy food, on my second go-around, I doubled the cumin and chili powder... totally worked for me. And any chance to eat fresh salsa is always a treat. I think I'll try adding avocado next time... This recipe... is Well Dunn, Eli. (Sorry, couldn't resist.) Hint: Have some good buns and do grill them, as suggested. The extra crunch from toasting the bread is a texture you will want! Maybe crumbled tortilla chips could be added too. Somebody call my mama!
