Karen Covey demonstrates an easy vegetarian recipe that uses brown rice and bulgur as the meat of a burger. Sautéed onions and garlic, black beans and a pinch of cumin add flavor, texture and aroma. This is a great basic recipe that you can shake up in many ways by adding other sautéed vegetables you might have on hand such as carrots, mushrooms or spinach.
