Personal Chef Tony Carbone fuses ingredients from his Italian heritage with Asian flavors in this delicious, bold Ahi tuna burger. Bright pink Ahi is chopped and tossed with wasabi paste, roasted garlic and other intense ingredients. Tony encourages you to crank up the heat to flash-sear your patties and "don't be afraid to set smoke alarms off in your building." The burgers are finished with influences of his Italian mother — arugula and crispy prosciutto.
