Custard and caramel are two foods absolutely made for each other — Nicole Navarro's Flan de Coco shows us why. Small glass ramekins are coated with amber-colored caramel, sprinkled with shredded coconut and then filled with custard. After baking in a water bath and cooling, these babies are ready to be popped out of their molds and served to some pretty lucky guests.
