A:Cuts of swordfish are often referred to as steaks for good reason. Swordfish is a hardy fish and can hold up very well in a variety of cooking methods including on the grill. Depending on thickness, grill about 5 minutes on 1 side and 4 on the other. Make sure you oil the grill or marinate your swordfish so that it doesn't stick. You can also broil swordfish, pan fry it, use it in a fish stew like Cataplana. A very versatile, meaty fish.
