A:The easiest way to seed a pomegrante is as follows: Cut the pomegranate in half but across the stem, not through the stem. Grab a big bowl and a large spoon. Hold the pomegranate with seeds facing down into the bowl. (You can wear gloves so as not to get stained from the juices). Then tap the back of the pomegranate with a spoon. All the seeds (including any juices) will fall into the bowl.
