Q:

I love leftovers. Can you give me some advice on types of dishes that reheat particularly well?

My favorite leftovers are classic Italian dishes--like lasagna, eggplant parmesan, & manicotti. The sauce has a chance to build flavors in the fridge overnight. Everyone always says that Italian leftovers are better than the night you made it. Soups & stews also make great leftovers--as the broth will serve the same purpose as the above-mentioned sauce. Reheating these dishes is particularly easy in the microwave--but they'll also do well putting them back on the stove or into a low temp oven.
