Q:

I've never cooked with grape leaves. Where do I find them and how do I work with them?

Grape Leaves can be typically found in the International section of your supermarket or your local Greek/Mediterranean market. They come in jars and are soaked in brine. Before using them, it is a good idea to rinse the grape leaves of the brine and boil them for several minutes to help soften them.
