Q:
I'm thinking about making my own chocolate for my wedding favors next year, is making chocolate hard to do? Can they be stored for a while? I was thinking chocolate leaf lollypops maybe. Thanks!

A:Chocolate lollypops can be made and wrapped individually with wrap that is sold in the candy supply store and tied with a ribbon. They can be stored in a cool room about 65 degrees (not in the refrigerator because the chocolate will turn white) for up to six months. Here's a couple videos that might help: Chocolate caramel candies: http://how2heroes.com/videos/dessert-and-baked-goods/chocolate-caramel-candies and Chocolate peanut butter eggs: http://how2heroes.com/videos/dessert-and-baked-goods/chocolate-peanut-butter-eggsPosted Monday, October 19, 2009 at 7:18 pm by how2heroes

A:I made some as favors for a wedding shower - it wasn't too difficult. The videos Donna has posted below are very helpful though. Just make sure you don't burn the chocolate or get water in it!Posted Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 6:02 pm
