When making pie crust, the dough cracks when I try to roll it. What can I do?

    If it's cracking and crumbling everywhere, it's probably just too dry. Sprinkling water on the dough can usually fix this. If you're just having issues at the edges of the dough, it's probably too cold. Just let it sit out for a couple of minutes until it's a little warm (just not too warm, or you won't have a flaky crust).
