Since 1988, the International Horseradish Festival has celebrated the multifaceted and vastly under utilized horseradish (and attracted people from miles around for fun, entertainment, food and drink in the process). Proceeds from the festival have helped organizations build playgrounds, assist children with disabilities, and purchase sporting equipment.
