The final two weeks of The Edible Garden, The New York Botanical Garden’s exhibition about growing and preparing good food, are upon us. Celebrity chefs will celebrate autumn's bounty with cooking demonstrations in the Conservatory Kitchen. Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich, Todd English, Michel Nischan, Marc Forgione, Bill Telepan, and others are scheduled to appear. During Columbus Day weekend, celebrity chefs will even be sharing the stage with their children and grandchildren.
