Urit Chaimovitz
Urit Chaimovitz has always known her calling as an interior designer. It all began with some "exterior" designing when her parents denied her a Christmas tree as a young girl. Urit's family is Jewish and her parents did not see the need for a Christmas tree in their living room. Urit, fascinated with the glitz and glamour of the tradition, went door-to-door around her neighborhood asking for broken or unwanted ornaments. She discreetly stashed them in her family's front yard and began to decorate her own tree. These days, being an event planner and an interior designer means that Urit has many opportunities to create glamorous and unique personal spaces/events — and she couldn't be happier about it.
