Techniques » Drip Coffee Brewing
Did you know a sprinkler is not just for your lawn? George Howell of George Howell Coffee addresses the essential elements of drip brewing. He explains how different filters produce either sediment or clarity in the brew and points out that once the coffee is brewed, don't let it sit on the burner! Serve immediately or transfer to an insulated carafe and presto! You've made great coffee.

You introduce him as using French press to make good coffee and then you never discuss French press again. How would he go about making French press coffee. Seems strange to miss that connection after you go to all the trouble of bringing it up during his intro. Maybe it is because I use the French press myself but I just find it weird.
