    This was great! I live in N. La. (Shreveport) & we can get snapper; however, not clams. Could I substitute oysters in the shell? Of course I guess I could omit the clams. I have been looking for a good recipe for red snapper so will try it soon & let you know how we liked it. Mahamalea
