About Jesse Schenker <p> Jesse Schenker&#39;s culinary career began in South Florida. From there he made his way to New York in 2006 and found himself working for Gordon Ramsey at The London NYC. He then changed direction and with pastry chef Christina Lee started Recette, a private dining company in East Harlem. Subsequent to that success, he returned to public dining as chef/owner of Recette restaurant in Greenwich Village, where he offers a frequently changing menu featuring both his traditional and progressive dishes.</p>
