<p>Brian's culinary exposure began as a New York City waiter – an experience which taught him many of life’s great lessons. After moving to Portland, OR, he longed for an authentic NY-style pizza to stay connected to his roots. He found it on SE 48th and Hawthorne, where the crispy crust, secret cheese blend, and fresh basil keeps him waiting up to an hour for the privilege to be seated - oh how he wishes he had VIP status. Brian loves to cook his special seafood extravaganzas for his wife and friends and is a dad to one cute little bundle of joy named Cecelia.</p>
