Now's your chance to walk through the wheat fields with Liz L'Etoile of Four Star Farms to learn about the varities of whole grains and which are best for baking bread, making pastry or enjoying in its delicious, chewy wheat berry state as a side dish or even dessert. This video doubles as a stress reliever as watching the vast, open wheat fields sway in the wind is more relaxing than a cup of chamomile tea.
Liz L'Etoile
Liz L'Etoile had no previous experience in the grain-growing industry until she married into the L'Etoile family. Liz grew up in the back woods of Maine, and loves rural life and the ability to step out of her door and have a "30 second commute" to work. A former social worker, Liz uses this background to build relationships with other business owners and farmers, and has been key in increasing awareness of the Four Star Farms products. Her role at Four Star Farms is education, marketing and sales. Liz loves seeing the fruits of her labor, and working with the people who matter the most to her -- her extended family.
