Rialto restaurant's Wine Director, Taira Slone, shakes up a pear-lover's martini. Don't let the subdued hues of pear liqueur, pear nectar and vodka fool you. This martini packs a punch. A finishing touch of freshly-grated cinnamon adds just the right amount of spice and aroma. Try dipping the fresh pear garnish into the cocktail for a great contrast in textures. We think that beats an olive any day!
