Don't be put off by the color - the juice is a slightly sweet, lightly tart, refreshing beverage that is packed with vitamins and minerals. Juicing strips the fruits and vegetables of their fibers, allowing the body to absorb concentrated nutrients faster. Play around with the ingredient combinations, and add ginger for an extra zip if desired!
