At age 15 Matthew Richey took a summer job washing dishes at a local restaurant. Six years later he left there as the lead line cook to attend the New England Culinary Institute. He's been all over the country, and proudly supports local farmers to get the freshest ingredients to his diners and is a firm believer in sustainable agriculture and buying local.
