Jared Chianciola truly worked from the bottom up in the foodservice industry. Starting as a dishwasher, he climbed his way up the ranks, and today runs four restaurants as Culinary Director for Boston Nitelife Ventures. Jared received formal training at the San Diego Culinary Institute. He worked through coveted kitchens in San Diego and Boston, honing his craft before taking on the position at Boston Nitelife Ventures. Jared oversees the kitchens of restaurants Noche, Forum, Griddlers and The Tap.
