<p> Italo Marone is the Chef at <a href="http://www.albertowinery.com/">Casali di Bibbiano</a> in Tuscany where he brings the fresh, local products of the region to life for guests at this vineyard resort. Italo grew up between Milan and Turin and it was his love for his grandmother&#39;s food that sparked his interest in cooking. When Italo is not cooking, you will find him shopping at local markets for the freshest ingredients, tending his garden on the vineyard or putting up tomatoes for the winter months.</p>
