About Eric Palilunas <p> <font color="#000000">Eric Palilunas grew up in an environment where family and cooking went hand-in-hand including the sights, the sounds, the smells and the noise associated with a great meal. Aspiring to be a chef at an early age - with homemade paper chef&#39;s hat included - Eric went on to graduate from Johnson and Wales University where he obtained an Associates of Culinary Arts, a Bachelors of Science in Management and finally a Masters of Arts and Teaching. When not working at Boston&#39;s <a href="http://tridentbookscafe.com/Home_Page.php">Trident Booksellers &amp; Cafe</a>, affectionately known as &quot;The Trident&quot;, Eric can be found riding his bike all over New England.</font></p>
