Family Recipes » Giorgio's Easy Meatballs
Delicatessen and Macbar chef Michael Ferraro shares his father's recipe for meatballs. Parsley, basil, lots of garlic (8 cloves!), pungent Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and ground beef get you started. Eggs, salt and pepper, beef stock, breadcrumbs - it's really that easy. When you hand roll them before baking, you can see and feel the rustic and homey texture. Bake for 20 minutes and they're done. Pair them with Classic Marinara, pasta, or enjoy solo as an appetizer. Thank you to the Ferraro family for sharing this family favorite.
