Stacey Daley shows us how to give olives an extra dose of flavor with an easy-to-make citrus and herb marinade. The olives are rinsed of their brine and bathed in olive oil flavored with rosemary, thyme, lemon, orange and chili flakes (for some heat). They go great with wine and cheese, or package them in attractive jars and give them as an edible gift.
