<p> Zelda Keller grew up in Meredith, NH and has been experimenting in the kitchen since she was young. She began by simply showing an interest in helping her parents prepare dinner and pack lunches. Zelda&#39;s passion for food was deeply rooted in her upbringing; her family owned a popular candy and ice cream shop while she was growing up. These childhood experiences inevitably developed into a love of learning about and cooking with meat-free products and fresh produce. These days Zelda can be found living on a small island in Hawaii where she is enthusiastically learning about a whole new world of food.</p>
