how2heroes Hires Kelsey Clark as Producer

CAMBRIDGE, MA (December 14, 2009) – how2heroes, a how-to online video destination that celebrates people’s passion for food, has hired Kelsey Clark as a producer for the website’s video content. In her new role, Kelsey is responsible for booking chefs and cooks and helping them prepare for their shoots. She also is on-hand at all the shoots to ensure that the taping runs smoothly and that the content is accurate. She is also an integral part of the team who reviews the videos and recipes for accuracy before they go live.

Kelsey brings a wealth of culinary knowledge to her new role at how2heroes. Her previous experience includes six seasons working for esteemed chef Ming Tsai’s television program, “SIMPLY MING.” After spending two seasons as a kitchen intern, Kelsey was hired as a Wine Coordinator and was promoted to Sous Chef for the show’s sixth and seventh seasons.

Kelsey received a degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Upon graduation she was offered the most prestigious scholarship available at Johnson & Wales through the Kobrand Wine Company. She currently resides in Natick.
