SFChefs 2011 presented by Visa Signature®, is a food and wine event celebrating the unique flavor, diversity and bounty of Northern California. The main tasting tent will be in Union Square, where chefs, wine makers and distillers will offer an exploration of taste featuring local products. Classes and seminars will offer interactive opportunities for the public to participate with local farmers, ranchers, chefs, winemakers, distillers, media, luminaries, authors, vintners, mixologists and culinary experts in an entertaining forum.

The Grand Tasting Tent on Union Square features over 200 of San Francisco's finest restaurants, bars, distilleries, breweries & wineries displaying their finest creations. At venues throughout the City, there are classes, demonstrations, speakers and special parties - a little something for every palate! 

The Mammoth Festival of Beers and Bluespalooza was started 16 years ago by Sam Walker in the parking lot of Whiskey Creek with just ten breweries and a handful of beer lovers. With BBQ ribs on the grill and a local garage band playing on the roof of the restaurant, it was a fun beginning! The idea behind the event was simple – have fun and introduce Mammoth to the joys of handcrafted beers. The second year we threw in some real blues bands and a lot more breweries and we’ve never looked back.

A wide variety of arts and crafts will also be on display, along with amusement rides, rock wall climbing, Hot Rod & Harley car show, Marcolites Kite exhibition, children's shows, bungee jumping, kayak, overnight getaways, dinners and lobster raffle. Continuous entertainment and events will occur throughout the event, including a fireworks show!
