Benjamin Knack's career as a chef stretches all across America. From Hawaii to Colorado and all the way to New York and eventually to the Boston area, Knack has never had trouble finding his niche. With experience at some of Boston's finest including L'Espalier, Sel de la Terre and Beacon Hill Bistro — Benjamin now hails from Bedford Village Inn in Bedford, NH where he is the Executive Chef.
