Lime Sour Cream

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted & ground
  • 1 dried chipotle pepper, rehydrated & minced (if canned, squeeze out extra liquid)
  • salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste

How-to

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir thoroughly
  2. Will keep for 1 week refrigerated in an air-tight container
