Lime Sour Cream
Makes about ½ cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
- ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted & ground
- 1 dried chipotle pepper, rehydrated & minced (if canned, squeeze out extra liquid)
- salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
How-to
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir thoroughly
- Will keep for 1 week refrigerated in an air-tight container
