Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (about 1½ - 1¾ cups) grated or crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 large shallot, minced

How-to

  1. Grate the blue cheese with a cheese grater (or use crumbled blue cheese)
  2. Add blue cheese to a bowl containing mayonnaise and sour cream
  3. Add salt, white pepper, onion powder and red wine vinegar and whisk ingredients together
  4. With a rubber spatula, fold in the shallots
  5. Ready to use or cover and refrigerate in a plastic container for 7-10 days
