Andy's Award-Winning BBQ Glaze
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1½ tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
How-to
- Heat ketchup on medium-high heat in a heavy-bottom, 2-quart sauce pan
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until entirely incorporated
- Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold with Andy's amazing BBQ-Glazed Pork Tenderloin
