Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (microwave for 15 seconds or let stand at room temperature until softened)
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- romaine or iceberg lettuce, as much as you like, chopped
- ½ white onion, chopped
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, seeded & chopped
- shredded cheddar cheese, as much as you like
- tortilla chips for serving
How-to
- Mix first three ingredients together with a hand mixer until well mixed. Be sure that cream cheese is soft
- Spread mixture with spatula into a shallow platter
- Top dip with chopped lettuce, onions and tomato and cheese (in that order)
- Pack down gently with your hands and serve with tortilla chips
