Simple Squash Saute
Ingredients
- 3 small squashes (zucchini, 8 balls, pattypans summer squash, etc), cut into wedges
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
How-to
- Dice the squash and chop the garlic
- Add both to a pan heated to medium high with the olive oil
- Season with salt and pepper
- Sauté, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until some sides are browning and the flesh of the squashes is slightly transparent
- Serve and enjoy!
