Simple Rosemary Mashed Potatoes
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
- 3-4 medium red potatoes
- 4 tsp butter, melted
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tsp rosemary leaves, finely chopped + sprigs for garnish
- salt & pepper for seasoning

How-to
- Microwave potatoes on medium-high for 6 minutes
- Rough-chop potatoes into quarters. Place in large bowl with remaining ingredients
- With the back of a fork, smash potatoes against the sides of the bowl. Mix until combined, but still with some chunks for texture
- Garnish with sprigs of rosemary (optional)
