Salsa 101
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe tomato, diced
- ½ cup pineapple, diced
- ½ cup mango, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
- ½ cup red onion, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- drizzle of olive oil
- pinch of salt
How-to
- Combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly
