Pickled Red Radish
Ingredients
- 3 red radishes, washed and tops trimmed
- ½ habanero pepper
Pickling Ingredient Measurements Are To Taste:
- rice wine vinegar
- simple syrup (equal parts sugar/water)
- kosher salt

Slice radishes into thin rounds, then cut into thin batons and place in a small dish

Place one half of a habanero pepper into the same dish

Bring vinegar, syrup and salt to a boil; adjust ingredients to taste

Pour over radishes and pepper

Wrap tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight
