"Hot Weed" Slaw
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- white balsamic vinegar to taste
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- celery seed to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 cup white cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup carrots, julienned
- ½ cup celeriac, julienned
- ½ cup jicama, julienned
- ¼ cup red onion, julienned
- garlic, minced
- ¼ cup red jalapeno, julienned
- ¼ cup green jalapeno, julienned
- ¼ cup scallions, julienned
- ¼ cup corn
- ¼ cup cilantro
How-to
- Combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar and buttermilk . Season to taste with celery seed, salt, pepper and sugar
- In a separate bowl add all the vegetables and toss to combine. Add a small amount of dressing to the vegetables and toss until evenly coated. The slaw should be coated with the vegetable but not overly wet
- Season again to taste
