Grilled Shrimp with Cumin & Cilantro

- 6 shrimp, cleaned & de-veined
- 1 tbsp garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp shallots, minced
- pinch of toasted cumin
- 2 tbsp cilantro, rough chopped
- pinch of salt
- freshly ground black pepper
How-to
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan
- Add sliced garlic and toast until brown. Add shallots to garlic & oil and cook them briefly
- In a separate bowl add shrimp, cumin, cilantro, salt and pepper
- Pour garlic, shallots & oil over shrimp mixture and grill shrimp 2½ minutes each side
- Serve over Roasted & Toasted Garlic Hummus
