Roasted Asparagus w/ Sesame Seeds
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 bunch pencil asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
How-to
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ
- Cut or snap off the fibrous ends of the asparagus (about 1")
- Place asparagus in a mixing bowl and toss with all ingredients
- Lay out asparagus in one layer on a cookie sheet and pour any remaining liquid from the mixing bowl over the top
- Roast asparagus for 10 minutes
