Immune Booster Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup mango
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries (frozen strawberries work well)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop multivitamin powder with at least 10 mg of zinc (an immune booster)
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1½ cups ice
How-to
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until creamy-smooth and enjoy!
